This website is operated by Anastasiia Rosinina, an independent stylist and visual director based in Zürich, Switzerland. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact rosinina.style@gmail.com.

When you send a Shop enquiry or a Course request through this site, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, preferred contact method, and any message you write — together with the product or course you're asking about.

We do not process payments on this site and never collect card or bank details here.

This information is used only to respond to you personally — to check availability, discuss pricing, sizing, or scheduling, and arrange next steps for a purchase or a course place.

We do not use your details for marketing and will not add you to any mailing list unless you separately and explicitly ask us to.

Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to Anastasiia, via a restricted Google account used solely for this purpose. Google hosts the underlying infrastructure and acts as a data processor under its own security terms.

Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with any other third party.

Enquiry and application records are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a purchase or enrolment goes ahead, for as long as Swiss commercial and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

You can ask, free of charge, to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to rosinina.style@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you these same rights; in Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The date above reflects the most recent update.
